Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi hubungan antara abusive customer behaviour, kepuasan kerja, psychological wellbeing, dan turnover intention pada karyawan retail di beberapa mall wilayah Jabodetabek, Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara daring dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Populasi penelitian adalah frontline (Sales/SPG, Cashier, Customer Service) yang bekerja toko daerah total responden sebanyak 126 orang. Metode digunakan kuantitatif analisis SEM Lisrel. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa behaviour memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap kerja karyawan. Selanjutnya, intention.
